What insurances do you take?
We accept most major insurances including Tricare, Anthem, Optima, United Health Care, Aetna, Medicare, Magellan, Humana, Beacon, and Catasys.
Do you participate in EAPs?
We participate in some EAPs. Please call our office to confirm we accept your EAP.
What clinical services do you provide?
Our clinicians provide individual, marital, and family therapy as well as psychological testing. We have clinicians that utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Art Therapy, EMDR, and DBT Prolonged Exposure. We have one therapist that specializes in Bowenian Family Systems.
What issues do you specialize in?
We offer services for depression, anxiety disorders including OCD, panic, social anxiety, complex trauma, suicidal ideation and/or self-harm, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, school and conduct problems, adjustment difficulties, anger management, co-occurring substance abuse, military-related issues, Asperger’s (Autism Spectrum Disorder), post-partum issues, women’s issues, grief and loss, family and relationship problems, and psychological testing.
Do you provide family or marital counseling?
Yes, we have a limited number of clinicians that specialize in family and marital counseling.
Can I just attend the DBT skills group if I am seeing a therapist at a different practice?
No we only offer a fully adherent DBT program, meaning we provide all 4 treatment components of individual therapy, DBT skills training, phone coaching, and DBT consultation team. We do not offer DBT skills group to individuals outside of the program.
Are you accepting students for practicum or opportunities for residency?

Yes, at times. We typically have 2-3 clinical assistants that are completing their residency hours with us seeking licensure. This position combines administrative and clinical responsibilities. We provide licensure supervision for LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and CSAC. Psychologists completing residency hours must have a contract with an offside supervisor.
